| Getting
into wine is kind of like bungee-jumping- it can seem terrifying
at first but if a friend can show you that it is safe, it can be a
lot of fun. A few years ago when I first started getting into
wine, I did not have a guide to help cultivate my tastes. There
was no one around to direct me towards wines that might be
appealing to a newcomer to the game. I got into wine by randomly
picking and choosing off of the rack. I tried some good wines this
way, and many more bad.
That being said, I am here to save you from the bad. I am
happy to be of help to the next person who is trying to cultivate
a taste and enjoyment of wine. Many people are turned off by the
common misconception that in order to drink a good wine one has to
spend a ton of money. Here at The Wine Emporium, we have a
tremendous selection of wonderful wines that will not deplete your
bank account. Whether you are into a big, bold cabernet, a light
and flowing pinot noir, or a clean and crisp sauvignon blanc, we
have whatever you are looking for. Or, if you don't know what to
get, I am always happy to make a recommendation. Also be sure to
check out our weekly newsletter for information on local and
in-store tastings, new releases, and featured wines!
