| Gewurztraminer;
with their dry/off-dry spicy flavors and good acidity make the perfect
wine to have with all aspects of Thanksgiving Dinner. The Helfrich
Gewurztraminer is going to find it's way on my Thanksgiving table. It
is a slightly off-dry version of Gewurz, with some rose petal, vanilla
and nutmeg flavors, and just the right amount of acid to balance out
the wine.

those wines from the Rhone Valley, Morgan's Cotes du Crow's is
medium-bodied wine with soft tannins, red fruit, some spice and
pepper. This wine will go well with most foods, but is also
probably the best of these Thanksgiving Wines to drink by itself
without food. |
